you will receive a warning text message that pops up on your phone screen, stating, ‘Dear customer, your Easybuy payment is overdue. Kindly make a payment today to avoid phone lock.’ This message will remain on your phone screen for 3 days.

If you do not make the required payment within these 3 days, certain actions will be taken. All of your phone’s apps, except for the Easybuy app and your bank app, will be locked. This means you will lose access to apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, and others, and you will also be unable to make phone calls during this time Just like the Palmpay app used to do before.

    I got an infinix hot 30i on easybuy and have successfully paid two(2) tiers. In trying to pay for the third (3) which is the last, i got debited the N12,226 and yet its still showing on the easybuy app. i tried again but was having just 2 k left in the account so i got debited 1 k. Its still showing 10,000 to repay. Have gone to my bank, i have all the statement of account printed out. please, what am i to do
